Gaudi Glen
Glen and the Gaudi cathedreal that they started building in the late 1800s and are still working on. “My client is in no hurry,” said the late Antoni Gaudi who died in 1926.

One day I’m looking at the crazy Gaudi architecture in Spain with my dad and Devon and the next…

… I’m looking at ski technique and hanging in a couple meters of snow as my teammates and I glide through the trails at Mount Bachelor in Bend Oregon. In the afternoons I fought off jet lag and checked out video technique. Our team of 6 men (minus Alex who had exams and missed this one) and three women spent many an hour with our new head coach Justin Wadsworth and assistant coach Eric DeNys getting everything organized for a dynamite four years as a united, communicative, strong and successful team.

US and Can team

We really enjoyed working together with the American National Team for about half the workouts. Here’s Devon talking about his cool Elpex rollerskis with Kris Freeman and Andy Newell.

Thanks for checking in… From June 6th I’ll be in Canmore for a whole week (wow!) after this month of crazy travel and training and then our team will start some training up on the Haig Glacier near Canmore.

Until next time…
